Your first step to feeling better is checking in. When you arrive, you’ll want to check-in with reception and then head to one of our waiting lounges. But, there are a few things you’ll need before we can see you through. Be sure to come ready with your:
- Photo ID
- Insurance Card (if applicable)
- Payment Method
Get seen even faster by booking your appointment online and completing the quick registration process through our easy to use portal. After you book your appointment (online or over the phone), our system will automatically email you a link to get started.
