Health review: A nurse reviews allergies, medical history, and goals to confirm the selected infusion is appropriate.
IV placement: A small catheter is inserted — typically in the arm. Optional numbing is available. Most people feel a brief pinch.
During infusion: You relax in a private zero-gravity suite. Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes depending on the drip.
Aftercare: Most people resume normal activities immediately. Stay hydrated and follow any nurse instructions.
