Neu-Life Elite is a monthly membership program with a 3-month minimum. After that, cancel whenever you’d like. Monthly membership fees are automatically charged to your card on file every month.
Neu-Life Elite Birthday infusion may be used any day within the members birthday month.
All rolled-over credits must be used within 30 days of membership cancellation.
