You may continue to use the program for that three-month time period or simply pay the three months and discontinue the service. Yes, after being evaluated, our providers can send any prescriptions electronically directly to your pharmacy, if deemed medically necessary.

Yes, our urgent care plans are available to individuals and families. You can sign up and add up to 5 family members. A family plan allows for up to 5 visits per year.

We offer on-site X-ray services at all of our clinics and the provider can confirm if this is recommended during your visit.

No. You can simply show an ID at the time of your visit and let us know that you are a member. We’ll make sure you get membership rates and benefits.

There is no appointment necessary for a visit! You may save your spot online ahead of time but walk-ins are always welcome.

We are pleased to participate in a limited number of ACA/Exchange plans that enable us to provide you with the high level of care and service you expect from NeuMed. NeuMed is only in network with specific ACA-related plans sold via the Health Insurance Marketplace, which are listed above. For individual and family health plans purchased privately (outside of an employer) through an insurance company, broker, or small business group, please be aware that if we’re not in network with their Exchange counterparts, we may not be in network with those plans.

Yes! All of our urgent care clinics can provide care for children 6 months and older.

In short no, it does not hurt. But while everyone is different, the overall consensus from our patients on the process of starting an IV is “wow, that wasn’t bad at all!”.

After a small and fast ‘pinch’ the IV will be inserted and you can start relaxing in our zero-gravity massage chairs until your treatment is completed.

Once finished, the provider will circle back to disconnect your IV and apply a small bandaid to get you on your way.

Also, to ease any potential discomfort we offer an optional numbing medication in the form of Lidocaine available by request.

A co-pay is a fixed amount the patient pays for medical services. The remaining balance is covered by the patient’s insurance company. Co-pays may vary within the same plans, depending on the service provided.

A deductible is a fixed amount a patient must pay each year before their health insurance benefits begin to cover the costs. After your deductible has been met, patients typically pay coinsurance — a percentage of the total costs — for any services that are covered by the plan. They continue to pay the coinsurance until they meet their out-of-pocket maximum for the year.

Just like any video call, a virtual visit allows you to meet with one of our urgent care providers remotely via video when you can’t make it to one of our clinics. Like an in-person visit, a virtual visit can be made same-day or next-day. Ten to fifteen minutes before your session starts, you will receive an email and/or a text message with a direct link to your session.

Our plans work just like most membership plans. On the day you sign up, you’ll be charged the one month cost and will always be billed on the same day of the month for the remainder for your membership.

Consultations usually last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on how many services you’re interested in and questions that you may have.

Our team will never make you feel rushed and will make sure all of your questions are asked before ending the consultation.

The amount of your co-pay will entirely depend on the terms of your insurance plan. Most insurance cards show the co-pay amount on the front or back of the card. If you don’t see an amount, you should call your insurance company to verify.

While you will benefit from a single IV infusion treatment, our average IV clients visit 1-2x a week, depending on their lifestyle and goals.

More than 2x per week is not recommended for most people.

You will be on a weekly injection schedule. Injections are administered by our medical staff at our NeuMed locations. It is recommended that injections take place on the same day every week.

Your consultation will be a relaxed conversation with one of our medical experts and no preparation is really needed. However, it’s a good idea to not come on an empty stomach in case we need to draw blood for any necessary labs.

Your visit will be coded based on industry standard guidelines, which in turn creates a claim that we file electronically with your insurance carrier. To ensure proper and prompt processing of your claim, please verify the insurance information we have at the time of booking. If you’re covered under two insurances, please let us know before your visit.

All vitamins and nutrients used at NeuMed are FDA approved and go through high levels of testing. Every IV therapy treatment is administered by registered nurses and performed under a medical director.

Before an IV infusion is ever started on a client, vitals signs are recorded and their health history evaluated to ensure a safe experience.

Once the treatment has finished, clients can resume most, if not all activities immediately with the exception of extremely heavy lifting.

While most insurance companies do not cover IV therapy services, we encourage you to contact your insurance carrier and confirm if there is any question. In most cases you can use an HSA (Health Savings Account) to pay for IV therapy services.

This is not health insurance and does not replace health insurance. No insurance will be billed, and your visit will not be counted toward any deductibles. This is a plan that allows you to gain access to all of our services at one low, monthly price.

All Health Savings Account (HSA) plans can be used for the minimal facility fee as well as any urgent care services required.

Due to the massive savings offered in our Urgent Care plans, our plans require a one year commitment. This ensures that you can enjoy your peace of mind whenever urgent medical care is needed.

While IV fluids can be beneficial to patients of any age, we can only give 1 liter of fluids to patients who weigh a minimum of 100 lbs. If under 100 lbs, we will need to modify the amount of IV fluids provided.
